Fiesta Taquería — also known around town as Casa Rivera Taco Truck or simply "the Walking Taco truck" — is a family-owned business led by Chef Mateo Rivera. We bring the flavors of real Mexican street cooking to Cedar Bluff, Kentucky, working lake-week crowds all season.
