Chef Mateo Rivera brought a lifetime of authentic Mexican cooking from his family kitchen to a little food truck parked on the home lot at 88 Ridge Road in Cedar Bluff, Kentucky.
Every tortilla is pressed by hand. Every salsa is made from scratch. Every taco is the real deal — the kind you'd find on a street corner in Mexico City, served with a smile in Kentucky's lake country.
